         ALBEDO MUSIC was officially founded on June 1, 2008 to produce and distribute music by ALBEDO and to provide audio and video services for customers. The company also provides sheet music transpositions for Clarinet & Trumpet in PDF format that can be downloaded from this website, plus sheet music in full score that can also be downloaded in PDF format, both under the link Digital Scores.

         ALBEDO was formed in January of 2002 and is a Classical / New Age / Dance Artist. The latest albums have been a classical soundtrack to a video game released in 2011 called "Forgotten Lands", a classical album released in 2010 called "Digital Fingers", a collection of orchestral works by Utah composers recorded digitally through the use of professional orchestra samples, and a dance album released in 2008 called "7th Heaven", a blend of synthetic and live instruments described by a fan as: Mannheim Steamroller goes to the club. CDs and mp3s are available on: iTunes, Amazon, Zune, CD Baby, etc. Sheet music is also available at: Day Murray Music and Load.CD. ALBEDO has also released several other albums and singles, with plans to release many more in the near future.

         DOUG CLYDE started composing as a child on his parents' Casio keyboard, and he started playing the Clarinet at the age of 9. He has released several albums under the artist name "ALBEDO". Doug is also an arranger, orchestrator, singer, actor and instrumentalist. He has played as principal Clarinet for the West Valley Symphony and the Taylorsville Symphony, he has also performed with the Draper Symphony. He also plays Saxophone, Oboe, Recorders, and several other instruments. He sung with the Utah Light Opera Company for 4 years, performing in 2 operas, and several Christmas concerts, and is currently singing with the Utah Chamber Chorale. He has performed professionally with the Egyptian Theater Company in Park City for 3 musicals in 2007 and 2008, on stage and in the orchestra pit. He has also performed in more than 30 community productions, on stage, in the pit, and on stage crew. Including arranging, orchestrating, and recording the background score for a Bennion Junior High musical in 2005. Doug has also acted in 2 films by the LDS Motion Picture Studio, a film called Mask of Redemption, a local medieval fantasy, and will appear in James Koenig's upcoming film "Wish".
